High season: 15th December – 30th April and 15th June to 31st October
NZ$700 per night
Low Season: 1st May -14th June and 1st November to 14th December

A 25% deposit of the total stay is required on booking
Full payment is required 14 days before arrival
Cancellation within 30 days of your visit will incur a loss of deposit
Cancellation within 7 days of your stay will result in full payment being charged to your account
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Eagles Rest apartment
No pets or animals are permitted
Eagles Rest Apartment or its owners accepts no responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to guests or their property and we recommend you to arrange your own travel insurance prior to your stay
Whilst the owners strive to maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order, in the event of any malfunction, we will do our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
Eagles Rest Apartment is for a maximum of 6 guests
A minimum of 3 nights stay is required
Local phone calls are free of charge
No servicing is included within the nightly rate
Housekeeping can be arranged for an additional charge of NZ$100 per service on prior request
Check in time is 2:00pm / Check out time is 10:00am (Late check outs can be accommodated when we do not have guests arriving that afternoon).
